I am so grateful that Irene got my email that fateful day when I reached out to her. My email got routed to her spam folder for some reason, and she almost didn't see it. She called me on a weekend and I absolutely loved the enthusiasm and reassurance in her voice. As a first-time homebuyer, she put me at ease and explained the most important preliminary aspects of working with a broker to buy a property. She knows Vegas very well and is not only efficient and friendly, but she made herself available to view some properties pretty much immediately. As we went from one property to another, she asked the right questions to the relevant entities to make sure I was getting the best possible deal. I felt in safe hands with her from the start to the end of the process. Irene will have a special place in my heart forever as this is one of those journeys that is once-in-a-lifetime (you can only be a first-time homebuyer once, right?) and I am 100% sure the Universe linked me to the right person to embark on this homeowner journey with. I hope Irene will work with me in future if I ever sell this lovely townhome or if I buy another property.

Irene is awesome - super responsive and always helpful. She made the home-buying experience painless and as easy as possible. I truly appreciate her expertise and thoughtfulness throughout. She connected me to really capable personnel required to close the deal, including a lender, insurer, underwriter, etc. I would use Irene again in a heartbeat for anything real estate related and plan on recommending her to friends and colleagues.
